Advice NI is an Open University Assessment Centre for National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in Advice and Guidance, Customer Service and the Assessor and Verifier Awards.

The qualifications are flexible and candidate- led. Advice NI provide workshops and workbooks to support candidates.
