NVQ

Advice NI is an Open University Assessment Centre for National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in Advice and Guidance, Customer Service and the Assessor and Verifier Awards.

Qualifications available are:

• Advice and Guidance Level 2 (pdf 54Kb)
• Advice and Guidance Level 3 (pdf 56Kb)
• Advice and Guidance Level 4 (pdf 56Kb)
• Customer Service Level 2
• Customer Service Level 3
• Customer Service Level 4
• A1 Assessor Award

• V1 Internal Verification Award

The qualifications are flexible and candidate- led. Advice NI provide workshops and workbooks to support candidates.

Advice, Skills and Knowledge ASK is an integrated training project provided jointly by adviceni and Law Centre (NI) and funded by Proteus.
